Refrigerated food items before check in

If we stop at a grocery store on our way from the airport, and we have refrigerated items, is there a way of keeping them cool while waiting for our room? In other words, are DVC resorts so magical that they can keep items refrigerated for us? (This seems like way too much to ask.)

Yes, bell service will take care of both cold and frozen items. Just sort and bag them, cold and frozen.

Yep. there's also fairly cheap services available to do the grocery shopping for you. They'll take it right to Bell services the morning you check-in. We use Garden Grocer.

Used Garden Grocer and it worked great. Bell desk had everything waiting and refrigerated items were in their cooler.

Just so you know, if you call for bell services to bringup luggage and want them to bring the food as well, they will charge a $6 service fee to deliver the groceries.

Picking them up from bell services avoids the charge.
