I used to be be able to tap the 'Tip Board' button in MDE (see screenshot) to refresh the standby and genie+ times, but that's not working for me anymore. I'm wondering if this is a change with a recent app update or if I'm the only one experiencing this? I tried deleting the app, restarting my phone and redownloading the app but it still doesn't work anymore for me.

I was able to switch back and forth between Tip Board and My Day just this past weekend. Hopefully it is just at temporary glitch!

I can still swipe down to refresh so no change there.
Swiping down to refresh still works for me too. I found tapping the 'tip board' button to be a faster/more convenient way to refresh. Does that also not reload the times for you or am I'm alone?

It no longer works for me either. It has in the past and was much faster to refresh that way.
Were you ever able to get it to work?

Since I have been trying fir the past month, Android has never allowed touching the tab. iPhone does work though. I thought it was an Android vs. Apple difference. But does anyone else find that swiping down does not update SDD? All other rides update, but not Slinky. I have to swipe left and then tap "tip board" again for it to change.

I can still refresh by tapping the Tip Board tab on my iPhone, but I haven’t updated the app recently. I see there is an update dated 1/22 that I haven’t installed.

Does this seem to be something caused by the latest app update?

For all of you trying to find the easiest way to 'refresh' the tip board, here's what works for me. I push the word 'experiences' under today's date and park on the tip board. Does that work for you?

When I do that on my phone it refreshes exactly the way it does when I hit the Tip Board tab.

I’m going to update the app and see what happens.

ETA: I did update the app and now hitting Tip Board does nothing but hitting “Experiences” still refreshes.

Thank you for the “tip”.

Swiping down seems to be the only way to refresh. When you click on an attraction and then the back button, it will not refresh like it used to, but when you swipe down, it will scroll to that attraction. A little slower but not nearly as slow as swiping down and starting at the top each time.

After updating the app, when I hit “Experiences” it says “Populating Your Tip Board” and seems to refresh.

When I swipe down it says “Checking Availability” and refreshes.

I‘ll have to see how it looks after 7 tomorrow morning.

Everyone, please post your OS and Phone brand so we can get more information, just posting what your app is doing without knowing the phone can't help disney support. FWIW,

Samsung S21+, Android 12, App version 7.2 Build 20220114.1(under help -> about)

1. tapping the tip board tab at the top - nothing happens
2. tapping the experiences tab under the park selection - nothing happens
3. Clicking the attraction and then "back" - nothing happens
4. swiping down - all times except for Slinky update, but still something seems wrong and delayed because...
5. swiping right to exit and pressing "tip board" again, updates but shows different times.

To elaborate on 5, I know any swipe can cause changes quickly, but this seems different, as if when I pull down, what changes is different than when I leave the screen and come back. I can't explain it yet. Maybe Slinky isn't the only one that isn't updating or it updates inconsistently, but Rise always seems to update.
