Refresh my memory please re: CP dinner package

How does this work? If I want to book all of us (9 people) for the CP dinner package, do I pay for everyone up front? Or do we pay after we eat? Does this include the cost of the show? Are there "tickets", so to speak?

The last time I did this was 2002 and I can honestly say I can't remember much except how beautiful the show was.

Allearsnet.com says that for last year you pay at the restaurant. In the past you paid up front though. We'll see this year.

The show is free. The package just guarantees you a seat. You are seated before the standby line guests.

When you do the package they give you a ticket to enter the show via the package line.
