Reflexology at GF spa?

I got a seaweed facial at the SSR when it was still the Disney institute and it was wonderful I am thinking of trying the GF spa and getting reflexology this time. Anyone know what reflexology is like? Is it relaxing and will my feet feel great afterward? My other option is a facial. Also, by any chance are plus size robes available at the spa?

I haven't had reflexology at the GF Spa but I did a few years ago at the DI. THe gal who did it was fantastic. It was very relaxing and yes, my feet felt wonderful for the rest of that trip.

I also had reflexology at the spa at the Grand Wailea on Maui in January. Quite a different experience. At times it was painful and I did tell her. Never was it really relaxing and my feet felt no differently afterwards.

Hopefully, the staff at the GF is as good as the staff at DI was. Does anyone know if they were hired by relaxedyet?

Interesting as I had a similar experience. I have had this at the Grand Floridian Spa and DI now Saratoga Spa. I had the same situation occur at the Grand Fl. Spa as BCV23 did, after mine at the Grand, my feet actually hurt, felt bruised and I had trouble walking the next day.

The one at the Saratoga Spa was wonderful and really refreshing.

Sammie, I'm not sure if your good experience was at DI or SSR? If it was after the change in name, do you happen to remember who did it? I would love to have a repeat of my experience at DI.

Interesting what a totally different experience it can be, isn't it?

My boyfriend and I spent the day at the Grand Flo Spa on our last trip. Part of his package included reflexology for the hands and feet. He loved it. I got the European Facial and pedicure. I was totally enthralled with the facial, the pedicure was very ordinary.
