Reflective foil curtains?

This is a spinoff of the question, "should the foil side be out on your car window visor". Most people said that yes, because it reflected the sun away and made the car cooler.

So do they make foil reflective curtains for people who live in hot climates? If it works for cars, it should work for all types of windows, no?

They do make them. Google "solar curtains" and a ton of choices pop up.
