Refilling mugs a hassle at CSR???

I just read a review on trip advisor that said to refill your mugs at CSR you have to wait for a ticket from a CM, then go refill, then show the ticket on your way out??? I know they have a slightly different dining system there but that just sounds too annoying....Any info on this?? I drink WAY too much coffee too go through that, any info greatly appreciated!

When we stayed there (a couple of years ago, though) Refills were available at the pool bar/grill as well. Not sure if coffee, though. Unless something has changed??????

What happens is when you enter the Pepper Market there is a host or hostess that seats people that are going to eat. Just show them your mug and indicate that you are just there for a refill and they will hand you a "refill" card. This is to hand to the cashier at the exit so they won't try to charge you for the drink (or mug). Very simple and not as much as a hastle as some people make it out to be.

You can fill you mug inside the Pepper Market (you may have to use the ticket system), at Francisco's, at Siesta's, at the little counter window just outside the Pepper Market to the right of the main entrance to the Pepper Market or at La Tienda. With the last 2 locations, you never have to enter the Pepper Market.

You don't have to wait for a host to give you a ticket at the Pepper Market.
The 'tickets' are laminated cards that are at the host's station. You can just bypass the line (if there is one) and pick up the card. You give that card to the cashier on the way out. (again bypassing any line)
