Hi! Has anyone ever done this? Were you happy with the results?
I'm wondering about the quality of the ink especially when doing transfers for the t-shirts. Any advice will be most appreciated!

I haven't ever done this. I wondered about the quality also. I've been buying mine at Office Max. If you return used cartridges, you get 3.00 off anything. You can take in as many as you want.

I have not done the ones at Walgreens, but I have used recycled cartriges and refilled my own through other means. I don't care to do this but there is a great money savings. The only caveat....look at your printer's warranty. Many times using recycled cartridges or refilling with void your warranty. And even if your warranty is expired there are other risks, including a worn print head leaking all over your printer, desk etc. Doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Just my 2 cents.

I used the color ink refill to make transfers for tote bags and it worked as well as my lexmark cartridge.
