First time Mears Connect

We're using Mears Connect for the first time in June. Staying at Beach Club. We land at 7:20 & plan on using the free waterpark admission. How long does it typically take to get to your resort? Any pros/cons of using it? We usually use Mears Luxe but it would have cost $200 more.

Nov 2024 - landed at 0952
At the Mears check in at 1035.
On the bus at 1040
Departed terminal at 1100
Arrived All Star Music -1155

March 2025 - landed 1100
At Mears check in 1155
Bus arrived at 1225 and departed terminal at 1245.
Arrived at All Star Sports 1330

Depends on how many airport travelers are on your bus, (if they are waiting on your party or you're waiting on others). Any extra stops to BC.
I'll add that on the return trip to airport, you do need to be watchful of Mears pickup bus (especially the bus # scheduled for you). They sometimes arrive early or there might be confusion between multiple buses arriving. I almost missed a pickup from Pop due to it arriving - bus was not "wrapped" like a Mears bus and didn't pay attention to the #, driver doesn't really broadcast. It went to AoA and then back around. That's when I looked for the #. You can actually track it.

It typically takes me 1.5 hours (and sometimes a little longer) from getting off the plane, to arriving at the resort. That's an early arrival time and you'd probably get to the resort before the water park even opens. If it were me, I'd probably just take the Mears Connect bus, and then maybe Uber from the resort to the water park after dropping off my luggage. Transferring from Disney Springs to the water parks eats up a bit of time.

From checking in to arriving at the resort is anywhere from 1 to 2.5 hours. Average is about 1.5 hours for me.

I normally plan 2 hours from departing the plane to arriving at our resort. For me, time seems to stand still once we’ve boarded the bus and are just waiting to leave the airport.

I always figure two hours from deplaning to walking into the hotel lobby, whether using Mears or renting a car. Actual time depends on if I can go directly to the car or have to wait in line at the check-in desk, if I have to go to baggage claim or are using a carry-on, if I have to wait for the bus to fill up (or are the last stop on the run), but the 2 hour time-frame is pretty much what it takes, at least IME.
