Refillable popcorn buckets

Is there anyone at WDW now who could comment on the status of the refillable popcorn buckets? Is this still going on? If so, is it for length of stay? My family buys a LOT of these buckets every trip!

I believe it went away last month. It was only a short promotion. I believe it was $1.50 per refill during the time

Edit: actually it was suppose to be ending September 1st but reports are it's still there
