refillable mugs

My thought process was to take those flavored drink packets into the park with us and take the mugs get water and ice from the stands and cut back on drink costs..or is that a newbie mistake?. I also thought since we will be staying at a value resort I saw frozen cokes/cherry drinks on the menu we could take that and as it melts the kids could drink that

Actually,it is the Animal Kingdom theme park,Jason,that has the mug for the day,NOT the Animal Kingdom Lodge. And the EXCEPTION,not the EXPECTION,is CSR because the Pepper Market isn't Disney-owned.

Can someone tell me what the tax on the mugs is? We'll be staying at one of the All Star resorts when we go, so I imagine it's the 13% but just checking.
Hoping they come out with different designs for 2009.
