Refillable Mugs/Fort Wilderness

Does anyone know where to purchase the refillable mugs at Fort Wilderness and where you can refill them at?

You can also purchase then at Trails End.
Meadows you can get coffee, tea, cocoa, at TE you can also get cold soda and iced tea.

You can get soda at Meadows too, out at the pool snack bar. Lots of people were doing that in April when I was there.
