Refillable Mug?

Does Uni have refillable mugs at the on site resorts?

I am aware of the cup available in the parks for the parks.

Last time I stayed at USF, Royal Pacific, they did not. That was last summer, so I doubt things have changed, but it can't say for certain

Does anyone know if you can get them without having the meal deal? When I search for information all I can find is the add on to the meal deal. Can anyone enlight?

Yes you can buy them without a meal deal...I want to say $6.99 with refill on the cheap..something like $.99 or something to that effect
