Refillable mug use in parks

Can you get refills with your resort refillable mug in the Park? I have seen people carrying them around the theme parks but thought they were for the resorts only.

Resorts only, though I imagine you could ask to have water put in them at the parks? That wouldn't be a bad idea.

They can't use a guest's mug for water (it's a health code issue), but what some people do is use their mugs for drinks that they couldn't finish at a meal.

They may fill up their mug at their resort before they head out to the park and use the mug for purchased drinks to keep them cold/hot.

At most resorts you can fill the mugs as you walk out to the bus stop so alot of people just grab a soft drink or coffee on the way to the park.

We took our mugs last time just to fill with water throughout the day. We are not picky about the taste of drinking fountain water, but you can ask for cups if water. We just asked for ice at CS places and divided them between our mugs.

I always carry my refillable mug with me to the parks. If I'm with spontaneous people or going solo, it has come in handy on an number of occasions.

For example, walking from Epcot to Hollywood Studios, and grabbing a beverage on the way.
After a long day at Magic Kingdom, stopping in at the Contemporary on the way to dinner at Disney Springs.
Getting a full mug of soda on the way out to the parks in the morning, which makes me not crave another soda at lunchtime.
Taking a mid-day, unplanned break to go resort hopping.

It would really be nice if there was an option to allow for refills at the parks. I realize that the price would go up, but I'm sure Disney has a good idea of what the average mug-toting resort guest spends on beverages in the parks and price accordingly. I guess new systems and equipment would make this more complicated... plus health codes and the lack of mug wash stations.
