Refillable Mug Sticky?

Okay, it seems there is a new thread every day asking about the refillable mug policy. They always turn out the same way...name calling and lock down! Could the Board Moderators possibly put a sticky at the top of the forum that lists the refillable mug policy and just start locking any new threads that are repetitive? Sorry, I don't know why this has been bugging me so much lately (as I know I'm also guilty of asking some questions that have already been answered), and I'm not trying to embarrass or offend anyone that starts a new thread about it -- but come on already!
