>> Refillable Mug FAQ <<

Coffee drinkers, help me out. Can you get coffee in this cup? And if so, are there coffee options? Different flavors, etc.? We're low carbers, so I also need to know if there are sugar free coffee condiment options available (Splenda, Stevia, sugar free creamers, etc.). Just need to plan it in case we have to bring out own stuff.

Thanks!!

There is regular or decaf drip coffee with sugar, sweetner and half'n'half creamer available. If I remember right the sweetner is in a pink packet but not sure on the brand.
If you want flavoured coffee or a latte you will need to go to a Joffreys kiosk or a Starbucks.

Thanks! Looks like we'll just have to pack a bunch of our own stuff. At this rate, we should just pack the whole Keurig!

Ok reading through and still have questions.

We went last August, so if I understand correctly, we can bring our old mugs. Will it be the same cost or do they give you a break if you reuse mugs? Also what happens if we are staying longer than 14 days? We are not on the dining plan and I'm trying to figure out is I want to pay $18 x 4! Kids are the same price correct?

The mugs have changed designs since August, so your mugs will not look like the current design. You have to pay the same price whether you reactivate the old mug or buy a new one. The price is now $16.99. I think they will give you additional days if your stay is longer than 14 days.

So do the mugs work for only the length of your stay or for 14 days?

They are good for the Length of your Stay. The RFID system is NOT tied to the WDW Magic Band system so the RFID system has no idea how long your stay is. So by default, they are automatically good for 14 days. If you stay is longer than 14 days, on day 15 bring your Mugs and your confirmation number to wherever you got your Mugs at the resort and they will extend them.

No, actually the opposite. Staying on site just one night, but will be resort hopping other days. So I might just pick one up.

I'm confused. I thought you were staying onsite one night, 2 days. What are you asking/trying to accomplish? Are you thinking of paying to use the mud at Disney resorts while you are offsite? Is that do-able?

Well I am going to be there 1 night/2 days, at POFQ. But I will also be on a reservation at Rosen Shingle Creek resort for the whole week with my husband, his job is sending us. But I am thinking of going back towards the end of the week and us having a meal at Art of Animation, and to let my child explore the resort. And if I can use my mug at least one more time before we head home, I certainly will.

If it's not doable I won't do it. No big deal to me either way.

Yep, it's do-able. There's no requirement that you have a current resort reservation to purchase or use the mug. If it's active, you can use it at any Disney resort.

Totally doable. No issue at all.

My question is if they'll be at resorts enough to really make it worth it. Then again, if you look at much of the cost as a souvenir, the amount for the liquids you get is somewhat negligible.

I'm curious is there a link somewhere that has the price of individual prices for sodas, coffee, tea, etc...in the resorts?

Oh ya. I'm sure I'll fill it at least 6 times throughout my Orlando stay.

Does anyone know the rules for the WATER park mugs?

I assume they are good for just the day you are at the park?

So, just a follow-up question. We are doing three nights at OKW, 7 day cruise, 2 nights at AKL. The mug should still be good when we check in at AKL then, right? Or because it's a split stay would I need to buy a new mug. (I usually don't get one, but we are only going in the parks for one day this time, so I thought it may make sense.)
