Cheapest places to eat on property?

Staying at Portofino with my 18 year old son for 4 nights in April. Looking for the best bargains to eat anywhere on property. We are not at all foodies and like pretty basic, but good food. We'll get a 50% (employee) discount at any sit-down restaurant in the hotels and will try to do those for dinners. We are doing two days at IOA/US, one day at Epcot and one day at VB. Open to any suggestions of places that won't break the bank, particularly anywhere with fun theming. We've been to Universal numerous times but this is our first multi-day trip in awhile.

Red Oven Pizza, you can split it easily with 2 hungry people.

The best cost savings will be to bring a collapsible water bottle that fits in a pocket when empty. There are lots of coke machines around where you can fill with cold filtered free water. Beverages are so expensive in the parks!

Id second this - good pizza at Red oven for the price at the parks. I'll usually prefer to spend a couple of dollars more and go to Vivo - its not much more and you get free bread - but they don't open till 4.

There are lots of quick service places around the parks - some are very good and some are just average. The Pugh Two on youtube do a lot of reviews of multiple quick service in one video so might be worth checking him out.
