Wow, a late reply here, Lisa, better late than never. That picture was taken at the Contemporary Resort. And it is actually not Walt, but rather the music director, Leopold Stokowski, who directed the music score in Fantasia.

I know they have moved that piece from where it was, just inside the front doors of the resort, not sure where it is now.

The camera/s are two I guess, knowing some of those are quite old. They would be both a Nikon and a Canon, though both quite old. The Canon (still using it) would go back to about 2004, maybe 2005, the Nikon, prior to that one, back to 2000.
