Redeeming Orlando Stroller water w/Garden Grocer?

Full disclosure: I may be overthinking this.

We rented a stroller thru Orlando Stroller Rentals, and I have my code for free water thru Garden Grocer.

Here's my question: when I checkout at Garden Grocer, do I need to add extra water? When I add the code and hit 'apply promo code' I don't see any water added to my order. Does it just show up with the rest of my order? (And can you tell I've never used either of these options before?)

I’ve never ordered from this company but maybe try it this way?
Add the water to your shopping cart and then promo code. Hopefully it’ll register that way.
