I've been looking at just about every game in September as I'd like to get up there for a game before the playoffs. I'd even just go myself, if I could only get one ticket, but it looks like every game is sold out. I don't want to pay a 30% or more markup on ebay. Does anyone know of any games that are completely sold out yet (good try I know ;)).

They are all sold out but I know someone that has season tickets:rolleyes1

im stubhub.com is the place to go. I have been very very lucky there and people mark up but not HUGE markeups.
And really just a price in mind you are willing to pay and look to see what the best you can get is.
Problem with Fenway is that it is small and those fans are pretty tight with their tickets. I always LOL when they say they'll sell to anyone except a Yankee fan! Have fun.

You can come with me, as long as you a) don't wear yankee stuff and b) root for the sox. ;)

Fenway tickets are always hard to come by. I used to know someone with season tickets but he lost them in the divorce settlement. I should have been more friendly with the wife!

I have been trying to get some for several years to no avail. I would love for my kids to see Fenway like I did when they are still kids, lol. I should add I do not actively search them out, I try at the beg. of each season and then about once a month after. DD friend's father called my DH the other night, he had some tickets to Friday night's game and was not going to use them and asked if we wanted them ---2 bleacher seats for $150.:rotfl: EACH! We will be away so DH said no thanks. BTW he had won them at work...

A better bet for you would be to try and get tickets when they're in Baltimore again. We had a great time down there, except for the two games they gave away.

Just got 2 tickets to 9/8's game at Camden Yards. $35 total. :thumbsup2

I totally forgot they are playing another series there. Thanks for the heads up.

No problem. Us Red Sox fans have to stick together. Maybe we'll see ya there. Can't make Thursday's game but we'll be at the other three. It was crazy last weekend with all of the Sox fans. I talked to a few people that said they were going back down for the Sept. series also.

Red Socks??? I thought it was Red.barf.. ick!

I surley wouldn't pay my working money on the sox.. i would pay my money for the yanks

try for games a few days away, and try up until the morning of the game

They usually release tickets in the days leading up to the games
