Red Roof Inn on Major Blvd

For our Dec trip we are starting out at US then moving to PC at WDW. Our plans have changed a little and we will be arriving late Sunday night instead of Monday morning. I was looking at booking the Red Roof inn on Major Blvd through Hotelmartusa for $38 a room (will need 2 rooms) for the night and checking in at Royal Pacific early Monday morning. Does anyone know anything about this Red Roof? Good or Bad.
