Red Eye Reduction

Does anyone have a red-eye reduction program they recommend? Particularly something inexpensive and easy to use.

Hi. My sister said today to tell the subjects to close their eyes then when the photographer says open, they take the picture. Her daughter is a model and thats what they do. She thinks thats for red eye.
