recommended villa and area

Have'nt been on the site for a few months but now Christmas is over i can move onto my next mission ' holidays' we are looking to stay in a 4 bed villa for 3 weeks lasy week of July first 2 weeks in Aug 2009. Already going summer 08 but only staying in a 3 bed ( not as many of us going ). Sumer 09 there will be 4 adults and 4 children. Looking to stay somewhere close to disney/ 193. Both families have stayed on h27 and feel that although the villa communities were beautiful they were a little too far out. Please help any recomendations will be great.

We havent stayed in a villa, but have been recommended these places by a few diser's. Johnny sharpe has helped out alot, but a villa was not for us in the end.

Hi,

Personally find the Kissimmee area around Formosa Gardens boulevard ideal location wise.
You are 10 minutes drive from Disney, a Publix supermarket less than a mile away, easy access to the I-4 and restaurants all over the place too.

I like Indian Creek, Windsor Palms and Emerald Island - all nice, fairly new communities.

In addition to the sites Michelle mentions, www.vr360homes.co.uk is also very good.

There are 100s of villas to choose from, the key is to take your time until you see one you really like. Prices to tend to be more expensive in the summer.
Many offer games rooms/internet access/hot tubs these days in order to attract bookings.

I agree with Johnny. We prefer the Formosa Gardens area to the H27 communities. We've stayed at both Emerald Island and Windsor Palms, and can recommend both.

I can't say enough good stuff about Windsor Hills in the formosa gardens area on the 192. Great gated community, fantastic communal facilities, genuine 10-15mins from WDW property. We only had a 3bed/bath town house but there are many large villas to choose from too. We booked direct with the owner via the vrbo website.

another for WH - but you may find the villas more expensive to rent as the community is newer.
