You need to make the requests ahead of time. You'd have to call at least 2 weeks ahead of time, but I'd recommend earlier than that.

I'd say if you are in a concierge level cabin, the odds are pretty good of getting all your requests. Outside of concierge, I'd agree that you'd be pushing your luck to get all 3 requests. I'd restrict your request to whatever is most important to you.

I called and requested one of the middle curved booths at Enchanted Garden. Anyone requested that and got it before?

This is the OP - so sorry it has taken me so long to get back on here and thank everyone for their suggestions! I really appreciate it! I am going to try and request a serving team and then hope for the best!
