Recommendations for a Day Spa

My BFF and I wanted to take a break from the all the ripping & running and slow things down a bit with a few hours at a Day Spa. I looked on the Celebration Fitness Centre & Day Spa website and saw a few treatments and packages that caught our eye. Have any of you visited that particular spa or any other spas in the Orlando area that you would recommend?

My favorite is the Canyon Ranch Spa at the Gaylord Palms Hotel.
