Recommendation for West Coast Transportation

I just wanted to give those of you who are sailing out of Los Angeles a name in case you need transportation. They are Best Transportation and their number is 800-827-7411. Their web site is www.best-trans.com. I used them several times in the last week for limos to busses and they were great and very professional. I would highly recommend them. I haven't used them but I was very impressed with the customer service that they offered and how patiently they answered all my questions.

I was given an estimate of $130 from the port to John Wayne airport. This included all fees and the tip.

It was about the same amount from Disneyland to the port. This was for a sedan that would fit 3 passengers.

If I wanted a 6 passenger limo then it was more like $230 each for those trips.

Rental cars aren't cheap either and I'd rather leave the driving to someone else, glad to hear a good recommendation for them!

According to Mapquest....it is 34 miles between DL and the port....
Wouldn't that be over $55-60?? (plus tip? and add'l charge after 2 passengers?) just an estimate...we have found taxis to be quite expensive in LA and certainly not as plentiful as NY!

DCL is charging $25 per person for their transfers to the port. It appears to me that rental car options are not as plentiful in LA as in Orlando/Port Canaveral.
