So after spending time at DL, I was hoping someone has perfected some of these recipes. I've googled them, but not much luck! I'd love recipes for:

Maters Tulsa Tea
Mint Julip
Brioche salted caramel French toast
Beignets

We have made the Monte Christo's a few times, and it is always fun to have a "taste" of the parks at home!

A few years back I got into making "Disney" food. I found several recipes and directions on YouTube. Mint Julep, Monte Cristo and Beignets were a few I can remember watching. There were others too.

The easiest thing for beignets is to buy the mix at World Market. It's the same they sell at Jazz Kitchen and is great! It's called Cafe du Monde. WM sells it for about $2.65 last time I bought some. It's $10 at Jazz Kitchen.
