Hi all. I am (once again) trying to get us eating healthy and low fat. I have joined a gym and my friend and I have scheduled at least 3 workouts during the week. Add to that dd's schedule, and it makes for little time to cook. In order to cut out all fast food and easy to fix high fat processed food, I am looking for healthy, low fat, diet friendly, recipes using either a slow cooker or george forman grill.
I love the grill and have used it a lot, but we get bored with plain grilled chicken or fish so I am looking for something new using spices, sauces or whatever.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
