Recipe from California Grill?

Will anyone dining at Cali Grill soon be willing to ask for a recipe for me? I absolutely LOVED their goat cheese polenta and wish I could have more at home. We won't be at WDW for another 2 yrs & I'm afraid it'll be off the menu by then.
