Does anyone have the recipe for the Key Lime Martini served at Brown Derby? My mom loved it when she was there and I would like to make it for her birthday celebration!

I have been working on it most of the ones you find well have cream in them. And the brown Derby one does not. I will try to remember I know it has "Licor 43" in it which is kinda of a vanilla liqueur. Then I used vodka. Triple Sec & a splash of key lime juice. Which I know is not right. It wasn't bad but it was not it either. I am also working on the watermelon one.

Well I will keep trying. let me know if you find it.

Sounds good, so I did a search. This site: Brown Derby Lunch Menu shows the ingredients as Ketel One vodka, Cointreau, Licor 43, and Sweet & Sour.

We all could have a really good time figuring out the proper proportions! ;)

Denise < --- wouldn't touch a "classic" martini with a 10-foot pole, but loves trying the flavored ones.

They also serve these at the Coral reef - Have to find the recepie

Denisem thanks for the ingredients!! I'll have to go out and buy it all so I can do some test runs... should be fun!

I love this drink too! If anyone has the proper measurements, email them to me or PM them to me! I could use a key lime martini right now....!
