I was at my Mom's visiting this afternoon and she got hers and filled it out, when I got home ours was waiting in our mailbox so it will get filled out in the morning and sent back out too. No sense in putting it off, and it's not many questions so not difficult or time consuming so no reason not to fill it out.
I did mine yesterday and had to put in myself, my two over 30 sons and my grandson. Love this economy, they can't afford their own space anymore and had to move back here. What I really would like to know is are there many families that use all 18 spaces? The only ones I know would be the Duggers but who knows now since so many of my friends alos have invited their kids back to the nest. It just seems so silly to have space for 18 people on each form.

We got ours yesterday but it asked who is living in the house April 1, 2010. Technically, we shouldn't fill it out until then as we have no idea if the people living here today will still be here in a few weeks or if someone else may need to come and live with us.
all of these commercials made it seem like it was going to be asking legit questions. all it asks is how many ppl in your house, your names, and what race you are.

Ours also had space for 12 people. It took me maybe 2 minutes to fill it out, and I did it slowly and wrote neatly. I put it in the mail today.
I was LOL that a PP mentioned the Duggers. That's the first thing DD13 said when she saw the form! "What will the Duggers do?" Maybe they (and others with more than 10 kids, or more than 12 people in the home) can add an attachment? LOL

Yep. My DH worked for the census 30 years ago and is a stickler for doing it right. He filled ours out but is holding off on mailing it until April 1. When I asked why, he said, "Well, we could take in a boarder in the next couple of weeks and he would have to be counted!"
For families with more than the number, I bet that they would call. That first box asks how many people live there...so if I put 14, but then they only have room for 12, I bet they'd call to ask about the other 2.

Don't mean to hijack but I have a question. I keep hearing that the census forms would arrive today but we got ours and mailed it back 2 weeks ago. Someone delivered it. Does that sound right?
