Most scooters with batteries in good condition will have ample capacity for all day use without recharging.

In the unlikely event you need to recharge, there are power outlets all over. Shops & restaurants have them for the cleaners. There are even outlets discreetly placed in flower beds for gardeners.

Disney staff will find you one. You could always ask to be seated near an outlet when you stop for lunch.

Whatever happens, Disney will not leave you stranded!

Agreeing with Andrew

It would be unusual for someone to actually run out if power. If the scooters are their own personal ones, they may want to get them checked before they to to make sure the battery is working well. If they are renting, it's important to make sure they get an appropriate ECV for their weight. How far/long the ECV will go is related to the weight it is carrying, the speed it is going and the conditions ( things like going uphill tale more power).

Well, I have my own scooter, and it certainly won't make it all day on a single charge, lol! (Its a very small one, small enough for me to put together myself, if need be).

There are plugs everywhere, once you start looking for them. Some of my favorites are:

MK - Tomorrowland, at the entrance to the walkway to the Noodle Station, in the rocks, or in front of the bathroom doors near Auntie Gravitie's Smoothies, or near the TTA exit.
Adventureland - POC entrance, eating area near the Dole Whip place
Fantasyland - near the bathrooms by Peter Pan
Frontierland - at the eating area near the bridge to the castle, and in the breezeway between Frontierland and Adventureland

Epcot - The Land has several, at the top near the front door, and my favorite is at the bathrooms near Soarin'
The Seas has one in the little parking place under the stairs at the exit of Nemo
None at Ellen (they don't even like to see them there!)
At the bathrooms outside the back entrance of Mouse Gear
Test Track exit area
Norway pavilion, near the fast pass machines, and many others in the WC
Spaceship Earth, near the exit doors

DHS - Near the Muppet fountain, on a wall
Star Tours at the exit hallway
Sci Fi in the eating area by the walls

Hope that helps!

My friend and I were getting a little low at DLR and mine was below half but we are two pooh and I drive full speed and it was monsoon rain so the controls probably were soaked.

In 10+ years at various parks I was low that last trip and once at WDW. Not bad for all that time and me driving full speed and being pooh sized. CMs are very nice and will find an outlet. You should not need the charge but if you are concerned the eat lunch while the scooter eats its electricity.:lmao:
