We just visited the Living Sea's recently and the table cloths are now a lighter blue almost Teal color with a shimmer to them. There is a white overlay that can be placed on top. When trying to decide what venue to use, our Coordinator told us that for an additional fee the linens can be switched out, but you would have to go through Disney Floral to do it, an cannot use an outside vendor. Has anyone else been told this?

Yes, in park receptions and events require Disney to provide floral and linens. Currently you can use an outside vendor for photo, video and personal flowers.
