Reception décor using Catered Meetings & Events...

We are pretty set on a ceremony with Swan & Dolphin, and are thinking we want to go through Disney Events for a reception at Ariel's. We really love the look of Ariel's, but how do décor options differ between DFTW and Meetings & Events? Do we still choose chairs, linens, floral, etc? Can we provide any DIY décor like centerpieces, table numbers, place cards, etc?

The rules are the same as with a Disney wedding: You can work with Disney Floral on chairs, linens and floral. Ariel's is one of the venues that doesn't allow outside vendors, though, so you would not be able to provide your own centerpieces, just small things like table numbers and place cards.
