How is everything going with your health ?
We went to a Diabetes Education Class today, 8 hours of learning. It is put on through our local hospital. If there is something like this near you I highly recommend it. And if your insurance will pay for it, even better.

If you're still monitoring this thread... I was diagnosed as being pre-diabetic. So I immediately started eating as if I *was* diabetic (because diabetes runs in our family). Since you were looking for recipes, you might want to take a look at www.dlife.com. They have a searchable recipe database and a fair number of meal ideas. It's a good resource.
