Recent success buying tickets over phone with multiple gift cards?

I have searched and can't find a clear answer... Can I use multiple gift cards to buy tickets over the phone? I have an on site reservation through Orbitz, but want to buy the tickets direct from Disney.

Two forms of payment for a ticket. That being said I did three separate transactions today buying the $199 dvc ticket. 1. Paid $50 gift card and rewards card. 2. Used a different rewards card to buy one ticket. 3. Used $50 gift card and the rest I paid with the last reward card. I happened to have three reward cards with different values.

You can load gift cards into a Disney Vacation Account, then use the account to purchase tickets over the phone.

The regular ticket phone number will not work, but if you are using Disney gift cards, they will give you a second phone number to call.

When I called the second number, I was told that three forms of payment are accepted per transaction. HOWEVER, an unlimited number of Disney gift cards can be used because they count as 1 payment method.

I bought two 5 day base tickets in one transaction and paid as follows:

Card 1: Disney Visa Rewards Card
Cards 2-6: Disney Gift Cards ($20, $20, $50, $50)
Card 7: $10 balance after all of the above was applied was paid with AmEx gift card

I just called and was given that second number as pp mentioned. The cm said I could use multiple gc. Now I am crossing my fingers as I go to purchase 26 cards and hope I don't have the headache of tring to return them! Wish me luck!

Just don't take no for an answer. They can do it -- some CM just don't know how.

You won't have to return them. As someone said, you can always start a Disney Vacation Account with $10 cash and load them there, but you shouldn't have to.

I had to call the ticket number to order my mom's ticket this summer. We had 3 gift cards for her, which was too many to use for online ordering. It took quite a while waiting on the phone just to order them, and then she spent about an hour in line trying to pick them up because there was only one window open and the person before her had a big mishap with her tickets. If you use a credit card at all (even for $1) on your order, you must be present with your credit card and ID to get the ticket(s). If you use solely gcs, you won't have an issue with that.

The number you need to call is 407-566-4985. Pick option #5. They are open 8:30 AM -7:30 PM EST.

I used 13 cards on Dec 24th with no problems at all.
