Park in the Team Mickey parking lot (across street from Planet Hollywood parking area). You can walk across the street or take the shuttle Disney has going to Market Place.
Now that they have announced the valet parking for the evening hours that sounds like the way to go for me. I was thinking about a taxi for the dinner reservation I had one night.

This makes me so mad (at Disney not the poster). They make parking almost impossible, then charge $15 to valet park. People go to DTD to eat and spend money, why charge more on top of that? Because they can get it of course, people don't want to deal with the parking hassle.
Not when I was there in Sept. Before all the parking lots had handicapped parking up close to the front, so handicapped parking was spread out over all the parking lots. Now, with that West Side lot closed, all the handicapped people are having to park in the handicapped slots that are left in those other lots. The same number of handicapped people are still at WDW and just like regular guests, with the West Side lot closed, they now have about 1/3 less handicapped slots available to park in than they did this time last year.
Part of an aisle of regular spaces behind Cirque had a sign saying handicapped parking, but there was no one enforcing it.
There are also some handicapped spaces in the Casting lot, across the street from WoD. They're close to the crosswalk, but a bit of a walk to WoD.
There are handicapped spaces in the Team Disney lot, but they're close to the office entrance, not the shuttle bus pickup. And the shuttle bus has been outsourced, not run by Disney Transport, and the buses they are using look like high floor types.
