Recent Room conditions of OkW studio and one bedrooms?

Hi: Can anyone tell me about the recent room conditions of the studios and one bedrooms. We have never stayed at a dvc resort, so not too sure how often they refurb them.

Hi. I was at OKW last April. While there they were rehabing a block of rooms. OKW is the oldest DVC resort and in my opionion my studio room in building 44 was in good shape. I see now they are rehabing that building now. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It was well used though. I'm shure the rehabed buildings are very nice. I like the studio rooms at OKW they are a little larger than the other studio rooms at other resorts. Have a great time.

IIRC, they rehab them in sections... my studio in dec 2007 was in great shape in bldg 49.

Yes, they are rehabbed in sections. When we were there last May, a whole block of buildings near the Turtle Pond bus stop was closed for renovation. In November we were in 46, and everything was in great shape.
