Recent Rofrs Exercised For Hhor Vb?

I ave read on this board about Disney exercising its ROFR on contracts below $70pp for WDW properties. Has anyone lost a contract to Disney for HH or VB for less than $70pp, and if so what was the amount of your contract please? Thanks, Cohen

Some have gone through for less than $70 pp at OKW. I can't imagine they buying back HH or VB at anything over $62 pp but then I'm not DVD so who knows.

From what the resale brokers were telling me, they bought back VB and HH also, some even without points, they were very surprised. They gave me some specifics and prices for some of these contracts, but I did not write them down.
