Looking for fairly recent reviews on Cap n Jack's downtown Disney......thanks! On Dining Plan & have made most of our ADR's & wondering about TS downtown. CM said could not make reservations, etc. We love Red Lobster & hoping it would be similiar. Just 2 adults.

We ate a captain Jacks in September for lunch. We really enjoyed ourselves that day. It was really quiet that day, or at least the time that we went, there were just a few other families that day. We thought the food was really good, and will definately be going back!

We ate in Dec 2005. It was a spur of the moment thing before Cirque. The food wasnt that bad, a bit bland. DH said his ribs were okay and my steak was okay. But the service and food arent equal to any other disney restuarants we ate in. It just wasnt that great. We went for dinner and arrived at 3:50, they had us come back at 4 to be seated for dinner?!?!?!? And it was our own fault that we came back at 4 to eat. We wont be back, there are toooooo many other places yet to try and better ones to go back to. Next time it will be Earl of sandwich or Wolfgang or House of blues for us. Would love to try Fultons but it is quite out of our budget. By the way we LOVE RED lobster, dont compare the two. Its like hoping for Red lobster and getting Long John Silvers.

We ate there the first day of our honeymoon last June. After a 7 hour drive, it hit the spot. The beer was cold, it was quiet and peaceful, and the food was very good. A great start to our week.

Our family of 5 loves Cap'n Jacks. DH usually gets the pasta while I go for the crab cakes. They are wonderful! I can't remember what else we've had there, but we've gone every year for the past 3. It's always a request from the kids to go there. Enjoy!
