Recent online check in

i know when I initially did online check in, I was able to put in an estimated resort arrival time. I do not see an option to update or change this time as I am doing the”update check in” info. It has its own headline on my resort check in update page, but there is nothing highlighted to click on to double check this info or update it. Is it just me......????????
 
Nope not just you. I've also been having issues with the online check in. I requested a large balcony (when I booked it several months ago) as my first and only choice but it is gone-there are no options and I also need to edit my flight number because Delta switched our flight, but the option to do that is no longer there either!

FYI - there's no need whatsoever to change your flight info with ME. They don't care what your flight number is.

But pretty sure you've never been able to edit that info via MDE anyway. You can give it the initial flight info but that's it, as far as I know. Once you set that info, the ability to change arrival time is also gone. It will always be set to Magical Express from that point forward.
 

I am having the same issue - have an upcoming reservation at the GF and can't put in/see previous room requests. I have tried multiple browsers.

Room requests option has been out of order for weeks, if not months. For all resorts.
 
Just call or fax it over. That's what we do at POR. Always get our requests with a fax.
 
I'm not going for 4 months. I'm hoping they'll have the room requests fixed by then.

I just went to MDE and was able to modify everything except for room request. You need to click "show details" on the top right hand corner.

I wouldn't expect it. It's been broken more than it's been fixed for over a year. It was working only briefly and even then it was grossly inaccurate for many resorts, showing building options that didn't exist.

We just use the Touring Plans room request fax service and forget about the room request portion of online check in. It's just too wonky.

I wouldn't count on it. It's best to call the main reservation line and add any requests to your reservation even when that section was working.
 
Delta has changed my flight times 2x now. I was instructed by customer service to notify them only if there was a change in flight number, not time. Apparently they monitor the flight number for DME purposes.

Where you told that by Disney CS or ME CS?
You are not assigned to a bus so I can't imagine what they monitor. And since you are not assigned a bus it doesn't matter what flight number you come in on
 
I'm having a similar issue but with room requests!

I made 2 selections for Pop Century (70's and higher floor) and suddenly they're gone! disappeared.
I'm trying to put them back but the selection list is empty, I can't select anything... :(

Feature has been disabled for months. For all resorts for everyone
Every once in a while it pops back up but it disappears again. Just call or use touring Plans request service

Oh, I didn't know about that! we always used this feature before.
good to know, gotta try the touring plans service since we can't make international calls here

Yes, phoning reservations. Or if you use a travel agent you can have the agent do it. I have my requests noted when I make the reservation.
If you have a subscription to Touring Plans web site you can use their fax service. I’ve never used it but going to this trip. Just as back up.
The resorts do have fax #s. You could try faxing them directly. I’m not sure how many resorts look at their faxes. Port Orleans I know does.
