Recent Flying Fish Experience/Menu

Anybody been to Flying Fish recently? Got a recent menu? So far I've only found a May 07 menu at allearsnet and a November 06 menu here on DIS.

We have been 3 times in the past few months. Don't have a menu, but the food was even better than I remembered it being. It was fantastic.

We just were there last saturday they had Wahoo and Tuna as well as the Steak don't remeber what else

We cancelled the week we were there. saw a menu outside and the prices were high for fish, IMO, since we are coastal new englanders, and the menu just did not thrill me.

We ended up going to The Yachtsmen, and my DH had a fantastic Halibut dish that is regular feature on the menu.

Thanks for the report yankeepenny. As you can tell, I'm also from coastal New England. Yachtsman is one of my favorite WDW restaurants (but for the filet) and I wouldn't be upset about going back there - just considering other equivalent places.

I don't have menu, but like others I was there last week. the snapper wrapped in potato was wonderful as was the tigher shrimp the my wife had.

How is the sauce for that potato snapper? Does it have a heavy wine taste?
