The OP's map is from 2010, here is a more up to date one, shows Pelican Plunge.

The new Teen beach will be to the left of Serenity bay on the other side of the Castaway Air bar. The staff beach will be to the left of the teen beach to the point.

This one is from August 2015. At quick glance, it appears the only difference from the one above is the newer cabanas on the family beach.
