Recent Bus/Ferry info from Ft. Wilderness

We are staying at FW for the first time in December and was wondering if anyone can give me some estimates for times from the resort to parks via bus service and ferry to MK. I'd also like to know how long the waits tend to be for a bus from the resort and back to the resort.


I'm trying to make a detailed itinerary and your help is appreciated.

Ferry boats run only between the TTC and the MK. No ferries from the FWC.

Two Green flag motor cruisers provide boat transportation from the FWC to the MK and back. They run about every 15 to 20 minutes and the travel time is about 15 minutes+-. So, assuming you got to the FWC dock just as one of the cruisers has left, it'll take you about 30 minutes to get to the MK which includes wait and travel time for the next boat..

Allow more time if traveling to/from the HDDR at the FWC from/to the MK as well as during MK closings.
