Receiving mail at Resort....Advice Please

we are leaving to Disney in about an hour...and we just received a call from Chase(our disney card) that our credit card was compromised
This is the card we were using to pay for the resort/food/expenses.

The Chase rep. said they will overnight us a new card to the resort and to make sure we informed them at check-in. Is it possible to receive it at the resort?

We have a back-up card but it's sad to start our trip like this

I have had business papers sent overnight to me at the Polynesian several times and they always arrived, no problem. (this was in concierge, though doubt that matters)

If I were you, I would make sure to inform the desk when you check in, and to continue to check with them throughout the day until you receive it. If possible, can Chase give you a tracking number for the package so you can go online and see where it is at any given time?

Sorry this happened to you, but it sounds like Chase is trying to take care of it.

This is what happens . . .
1) Letter/package/etc arrives at resort.
2) Front Desk sorts and puts it into a "mail bin" for your name.
3) They leave you a voice message.
4) You go to Front Desk and retrieve your item.

NOTE: Make certain that the item is addressed to you at the EXACT street address for the resort, not just John Doe, WDW or John Doe, Caribbean Beach Resort, Walt Disney World. This goes through the general mail system and can be delayed for 1-4 days. A sample would be Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, 900 Cayman Way, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830-1000
