Received Turn down Service Last Week

Last week stayed at the Copper Creek Villas in a 1 bedroom. We received turn down service each night! It was a wonderful surprise, as we did not ask for or pay for this. Has this happened to anyone else?

Good chance that your room was statused incorrectly for housekeeping. We have had it happen before, should have received turn down and didn't, received a "VIP" cleaning once and sometimes the resort will send extras to your room, candy, pastry, thank you card. DVC in the early days sent us flowers a couple of times.
