It is very cool. Not only is the cover personalized, but the picture of a computer screen inside is personalized with my first name as well.![]()

I use Flash drives in my work all the time and they constantly end up in in other hands. I have a couple that are custom enough that I know they're mine and I get them back(i have a lego brick, one that looks like a thumb and one that is on my keychain) This one is defiantly unique enough that everyone will know it's mine (as they all know I'm a Mickey fFreak).cgattis said:So has anyone tried to format it??
As far as we know it's just during the test. Ultimately they should figure out a way to deal with multiple reservations running consecutively. The MB boxes are very fun and anyone environmental minded will either recycle them or use them in their homes. The inside box for this drive will also be used inside my home, and the outer foldy thing will be recycled. Hopefully most will do the same. Mine is for one of our 4 reservations, LOL. Just got it yesterday for our 1/7 (one day) reservation.
so has anyone figured out who is getting these? is it resort or check in date related? It seems a lot of people that are more than 30 days out are getting these. Just wondering
It is those guests with a resort reservation that begins after 1/5/14.
We have reservations for 12/28, 1/1 and 1/9. We received the flash drive mailing for the 1/9 reservation but not for the others.
First, you reduce. Disney isn't doing a good job with reducing anything!
Second, you reuse. I have no use for a Disney decorated box with Magic bands printed on it. Can't be used as a gift box. I'm also not big into clutter. Saving junk for the 'what if' I need that. That's how hoarders are born.
Third, you recycle. Recycling is a last choice for a reason. It helps, but not as much as the first two steps.

The whole thing bugs me too. The gluttony of it all. "Customization" is only color and name. Name can be skipped and color chosen at the resorts. Save on mailing expenses, save on packaging (for environment and cost). While the Mickey drive is cute, and my son needs a flash drive for school (reformat that one--good reuse), the emails with links I have been receiving for our mid-January trip, work the same.
