Really upset

This is making me really upset. I changed my DIS name a couple days ago, and on my old name I had over1,000 posts. I wasn't used to being told that I had too few posts for doing things. But now I am not allowed to post pictures on a thread because I don't have enough posts? and I'm not allowed to send PMs? this doesn't make any sense...

How many posts am I supposed to have to do those things?
