So I am 60 days out from my trip as of today, and I booked my fast-passes last night. I was able to get A&E (after three hours of refreshing!) but the only way I could do it was to get two separate fast-passes for my girlfriend and I-- mine is from 3:00-4:00, and hers is from 2:50-3:50. I am not complaining-- we're so happy to have gotten them at all. The problem is that we really want to catch the parade. Does anyone know if it would be better to...

-Watched the parade near the start of the route and book it at the end over to PFTH (which would make me quite nervous, and leaves us fighting through the whole parade crowd) or would it be better to

-Go see A&E at the very beginning of my FP at 3:00, and then try to catch the parade near the end of the route? I'm concerned since it ends on Main St, rather than Fronteirland, that it will be so jam packed we won't see a thing. Is it even possible to get a space at all if you arrive around Main St. after 3? Also-- around when does the parade even make it to Main St?

If you watch FoF in Frontierland or in the Hub area, you'll have plenty of time to get to PFH. The parade is approximately 17-19 minutes long and reaches the Hub area by 3:15. There is also a 10 minute grace period at the end of your Fp+ window but you shouldn't even need it.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help :) It's a very short trip but its a big deal for us so I'm planning for the extreme.

Anther good option is too watch the parade from liberty square, right near the riverboat dock. The it's just a walk back through fantasyland to A&E. Timing should be no problem.

That's a great tip! We watched it from there earlier this month and there was even a shady area under a crepe mertyl tree right by the dock. Of course we were not right up on the route-perhaps 12-15 feet back but we saw everything fine (or well enough) since most of the parade is elevated.

We watched the parade from right in front of the general store in Fronteir Land. Had no trouble getting to PPF before our 4 pm FP time expired. The crowd disperses very quickly after the parade.
