Really, really stupid CL question

We are staying at Beach Club at the end of the month. This is my first ever club level stay so I am reading everything I can find on it...anywho...I see where some people have said they were met by CL staff and escorted to the CL floor. How do you know if someone is meeting you? I mean, arriving on the ME bus with lots of other people, how do you meet up with the CL staff if they ARE there to meet you? How do you know if they are waiting for you, or for someone else, or just standing around? (Told you it was a stupid question!)

Not a stupid question! We always give our estimated time of arrival to IPO. We just walk over to the person waiting at the ME bus and give them our last name. They always seem to be expecting us and escort us to CL check-in.

We stayed at the YC in May and arrived by Magical Express.There was another family along with us staying CL. The cast member asked our name when we got off the bus and had us wait for the other family and escorted us up to the 5th floor. Every time your voucher ME is scanned your time is noted. The resort will know what bus you are on.

We usually stay at the BWI, especially on our family trips, and since we are all comfortable there, we just head on up to the 4th floor. I do have friends that work there, so I usually call when we are on the bus. They have always known we were on our way from ME.

We drive to the hotel and I think the security guard calls to let CL know we've arrived because someone is always waiting for us at main entrance. Since we know they do this, we just look for the cast member who appears to be looking for someone.

I have reservations for December for my birthday trip. We are booked CL, but for those of you who have stayed - is it worth it - especially now that we ended up with free dining as well? It is an adults only trip (for reference). Thanks.

There will be someone meeting the bus , just tell them you are staying CL and they will take care of you.

It is ABSOLUTELY worth it!!! We loved staying on the CL. Free dining doesn't include drinks and sometimes it is just nice to get out of the parks and have a relaxing cocktail and snack in the CL!!
