So lets see our next trip is planned for Christmas 2010, I have been debating if I should start my trip report now or in a few months. I figure what the heck, I will start it now have nothing better to do.

However this is really two trips in one trip report. One being our Disneyworld trip the other being a road trip from Oregon to Missouri.

So there are a few things in this trip report that i am going to try and accomplish that I enjoy from other trips. 1. Create a table of contents and 2. Color this a different color. That should be really easy to do (I hope).

So first to introduce people.

This is me and DH at disneyworld last christmas. This trip was for several things, we got married on March 11, 2005. It only took us close to two years to get a honeymoon, but thats a ok. And it was also a last hurrah together before he was deployed for a year.

DH and I our both Active duty military members. I am a 1LT and he is a CPT. We both love our jobs, though it has its ups and downs. We are stationed currently at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii. We are both ready to get off this rock, you see we are much more of a camping, fishing, snowboarding couple then a beach couple.

Which brings me to the first half of my pretrip report the road trip. iN March/April of next year we are road tripping from our parents house to Missouri. It will be alot of fun as we meander our way to missouri, we are planning to take a full month and stop and various different places.

I have also have got him to agree to Disneyworld with me again for Christmas 2010!!!! Thats truly the part that I am most excited about.

Ok thats enough chatter for now hopefully I will get some readers.

Hello!!!! I just started my Pre trip report for 2010 also. I debated too, wondering if it was too early ,but figured, what the heck. I can't talk to my dh about Disney ALL day, he's not THAT into it. I NEED to be here on the dis planning away!!

We are going in August and cannot wait, we took our first trip this past May and of course are hooked!!! Come check out my PTR!!!

So a little bit more about the super cool people involved in this pre-trip report.

First......

Me, my name is Nicole. My birthday is on thursday :) I will be turning 25. Hmm what else about me, I love being creative. I scrapbook and quilt, did you know quilting is dangerous? I totally cut my finger this weekend. I love anything disney and am super excited to go back. In fact I have allready convinced my husband that we need to go in 2013 to see the fantasyland.

Oh, I am also super addicted to silly chessy soap shows, like the ones that should appeal to teenagers. Anyone else think that the blonde curly haired girl on 90210 is just a raging you know what and will turn into a killer? She is crazy.

Then there is my better half.....

His name is Jeremy, as I said in the previous he is currently deployed but is coming home soon :banana::banana::banana:. He is the calm to my storm, the easy going to my have to get everything done. I think we are the perfect compliment to each other an he would agree. He is very caring and loving.

So I have some exciting news to. I have gotten him to agree to go on a disney cruise after disney world. So i am looking at Disney world being December 16th-23rd and the cruise 23-30th and then maybe universal after the cruise to see harry potter??? What do you all think of that?

Ok enough rambling for now. Hope someone reads this.

P.S. can someone help me make a table of contents to each post????

Hi Nicole, Im Ty. A dec 2010 PTR, now? No way is it too soon! It's never too early to get on the Dis and start your planning and sharing. This trip of yours sounds like so much fun. I love road trips!!!

I am a scrapbooker as well, I have made 2 quilts in my life time and that was it for me, I agree it is dangerous, literally my blood, tears and sweat went into those quilts.

I also love cheesey soap shows intended for the teen generation, Friday Night Lights was one of my favorites, too bad it's over now. I watch 90210 now and I watched it way back in the day too. I am totally addicted to Lost right now. It's not so much the teen scene but it is cheesey.

I grew up an Army brat, I always wanted to be stationed in Hawaii, but my Dad was Air Defense and we spent his whole career back and forth between El Paso (Ft Bliss) and Germany. Not complaining though, I had a great life.

I am looking forward to reading more of your plans.

I'm sorry I am not able to help you with a table of contents, maybe they can help you over in Tech support.

Thank you to you and Jeremy for serving our country.

Hello,

First off, thank you to you and your DH for serving our country and all the sacrifices you have to make to do so. :)

We are going in 2010--September specifically. I am really looking forward to it as well. I started my PTR because DH can only discuss it so often too. :rotfl: I hate to tell him that, depending on how this trip goes, I would love to go back before I start my PhD--just the three of us (DH, DD and me). I guess I should wait to spring that on him! :rotfl2:

:surfweb: Looking forward to reading more.

sooooooooo I still dont know if I have any readers what so ever but if I do or don't I will still ramble on this thing. :rotfl2:

It has been a whirl wind week. My dates for PCSing (moving) from Hawaii to Missouri changed so that means our plans changed. But they changed for the better. We are now going on a disney cruise on the 16th Jan to the 23rd of Jan. A eastern carribean with stops in st. thomas and st. maartin. Then after that we are going to Disney on the 23rd to the 30th.:banana::banana::banana:

For the Disney portion we booked under the buy 4 get 3 free deal with deluxe dinning at the animal kingdom lodge. However, that is going to change tommrow :rotfl:. Since our last trip I have wanted to stay at the grand floridian with a magic kingdom view. Well I looked it up and its about $2,000 dollars cheaper with the deal. So my lovely DH :love: and some Disboarders helped me decide that since its so cheap (well relatively) that we should just go ahead and do it. Have I mentioned that I love that man. So tommrow morning I will call Disney and go through there 500 and 1 different prompts to get ahold of a real person and book my resort. :wizard:

Hmmmm, I am so excited and a little frustrated with online ADR's I stayed up on purpose because my reservation window opened at midnight my time on the 24th/25th. Well of course the dumb thing didn't work and I was all :scared1:. Super paranoid that I would not get anything that I wanted at all for the high in demand reservations. I said oh well and went to bed and figured I would call and get what ever I got.

Well I am happy to say that I was blessed and I got everything that I wanted and in the times that I wanted them :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:. This includes California Grill for wishes, Cinderella's royal table at 8:30, and fantasmic dinning package. I guess that means it will not be very busy around this time which will be fun.

So I talked to DH for a good hour and half today and knocked out some things for our cruise specifically which excursions we are going to do. At ST. Maartin we are going to do the kayak and snorkel, at ST. Thomas we are going to do the downhill hike, and Castaway Cay we are going to do the 4 in 1 excursion. I wanted this one so that we could feed the stingrays.

Well I have alot more planning to do as I am doing special things for DH this trip. I will explain more lately.
